What is your Policy on Returns / Exchanges / Refunds?
Shipping
We ship within Canada and the continental United States and the exact rate will be calculated at checkout. Shipments overseas and to AK, HI, YK, NT, NWT will incur additional charges which will be quoted on a case by case basis. Shipping times vary greatly depending on your location and the current status of the shippers.
Once shipped you will receive a tracking number and the majority of orders will arrive within 5 business days. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit and shipped insured. However, if damage or loss does occur please contact us immediately and take pictures of the damage to the packaging as well as the damage to your print.
DO NOT THROW OUT any damaged materials until advised by us as the shipper may request an inspection. We ship your order insured so once the damage claim has been approved we will send out a replacement piece. No cash refunds will be given for damaged shipments.
Order Cancellation
Your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued as long as your order has not gone into production. Our production times vary and can commence anywhere from an hour after receiving your order to several days. If you must cancel your order please contact us ASAP.
